What we do: briefly: we provide 100% principal, independent, no-conflict, bespoke, customized evaluations, consulting and testifying expert witness affidavits, declarations, depositions, testimony, rebuttal testimony, reports, rebuttal reports and opinions, damages calculations and models, opposing damage or valuation model flaw(s) and or assumption(s) reviews, document review, discovery assistance, deposition script assistance, pre-claim preparation assistance services on a wide range of standard of care, custom and practice on potential risk, liability and exposure and potential damages, surcharge and valuation to plaintiff and defense counsel and to regulatory agencies.
We are unique in that we perform BOTH potential liability and exposure risk analysis and potential damages or surcharges therefrom and valuations.
All potential engagements require discussion, please call, email or text the office to make arrangements. All engagements require written approval and fees due in advance. There are NO fee or arrangement quotes absent the above, no exceptions, please do not ask. All fee quotes are only provided in a written potential engagement retainer agreement, requiring a payment of $295.00 office processing fee, creditable to the initial retainer, if any.
No person, party or counsel is permitted to name, disclose, identify or designate Mr McConnell under any circumstances absent an executed retainer agreement, approval of such in writing in advance and payment and clearance of applicable fees in advance, there are no exceptions.
All inquiries are held in strict confidence. However, until retained there is no privilege implied.
